SIM 900D, syntax error with command ATD> SM3

Hi!

With SIM340D i used the command ATD> SM3; to call the number 3 stored of the SIM, i used the same syntax with the SIM900D return the ERROR message.

What is the right syntax to use to call the number stored in position 3 of the SIM?
