Silvaco tool help needed

i am trying to simualate cylindrical mosfet in silvaco but had a problem like i am not able to find right syntax for "Eliminate" command to define mesh in cylindrical coordinate

please help if you can
also if you can provide a example to simulate cylindrical mosfet please give

Specify cylindrical in the mesh statement for Atlas. (The following is fron one of Silvaco's examples)

SEGV means an internal program has crashed.
