Silvaco Example Error - Process interrupted by signal SEGV

While simulating the exact Silvaco Quantum Example 8 (Silicon FINFET device in 3D with BQP) I receive the error "Process interrupted by signal SEGV".
 

Why is this error occurring when I am leaving the example code unaltered?
