silvaco athena
I am doing a project for my school where I need to create a structure of a Gate Turn Off (GTO) Thyristor. I had manage to do so by using the SILVACO ATLAS software only. But to do some modification on the structure, it is necessary for me to use the SILVACO ATHENA software. But the problem is, I didn't manage to generate the structure using the ATHENA software. If someone could please come up with a solution or reference about the command language for the ATHENA specifically in creating the GTO thyristor.
