If you mean select a bunch of ref designators and press a button and they are all aligned, the answer is no. You can select on at a time and manually enter the X or Y location (Time consuming). If you have enough programming skills, you can probably write a script to do.
It would be a very nice feature though and one that I would find very useful. I think I remember seeing it suggested on the Mentor Ideas site
