Sigma-Delta and Delta-sigma

I would like to know if there is a diference between sigma-delta converter and delta-sigma converters or if the are actually the same thing ?
 

They refer to the same thing.
 

Yes, in those link they refer to the same thing. If you read the whole text, you will notice that the guy wrote that he add sigma delta just to have more sucess in google searches.
My point is: Is the article in those links correct ? Is sigma delta the same that delta sigma ? or does the notation mean a order of operation? for instance in delta sigma , first delta (Diference) comes then sigma(integration) on the other hands in sigma delta, sigma comes first then delta ?

That's my doubt and it is still hovering on my mind.
