Sorry guys, that's all I found - If I find more (in English) will place the links. I'm also not from Russia, but can read Russian books so suppose and some of you also could read and these manuals will be useful - I still didn't open them, but from the comments that I read - these are manuals for the Siemens courses in Russia (look at the last part of the link and you can guess for what are they)
