Siemens c55 and pic16f877 connection??? !!!emergency pls help!!!

i want to send SMS from siemens c55, im going to send c code from microcontroller to mobile phone. i did everything i couldnt solve the connection between them. i use rs232 datacable for mobile phone. pls help me.:???:

How to use rs232 data cable? This is for PC rs232 (+-12V logic)

if you use standard PC cable you have probably this cable schematic:

So you must have power supply over RTS lines for example......

Why not direct connecting com lines?
