Can anyone tell me what exactly this shrink factor means??
wt we are going to do with the shrink factor???
what happens if we set shrink factor to 1[/siz
e]

Dear mujju,

Shrink factor comes under Timing in SOC encounter for RC extraction

There are options like cap scale factor, copling cap scale factor, resistance scale factor , usually this all value will be set to 1

Means u r scaling the view for a scale factor 1 of those components

So there is other option Shrink Factor, its value must be 1 ,

if u set to 18 or whatever, then the View will not match in GUI 18 means u r viewing ver small
