Should I use VIA26 or VIA50?

Supose that you a have a 1GHz signal (LVDS SERDES type).
For the same trace in the board what via, VIA26 or VIA50, gets me the best resultsin terms of EMC, signal integraty, delay, etc. ?

Any simulator for this kind of stuff?

Vias contribute as a major source of signal distortion specially at high frequencies, because their impedance is usually around 25 to 35. To avoid this problem you can use blind via ,counter boring technique or use controlled impedance Vias. The controlled imp. vias are best in trems of cost effictiveness.
