[SOLVED] Shift down voltage level from 1.8V to 0.9V

Dear all

I need to design a circuit which used to shift down a logic level from 1.8V to 0.9V.

I search in the google and ieeexplore, but all the references and papers are designed for level-up.

Due to this is a tiny structure, so that this structure maybe just mentioned as part of a whole paper.

Could you please give me some references and papers so that I can get some idea.

Unless I'm missing something - and assuming unipolar logic levels - a simple voltage divider is all you need..?

Two equal value resistors (assuming input leakage currents are negligible) in series - tie one end to ground, apply 0-1.8V logic to the other end and voila! 0 - 0.9V in the middle!

Thank you for your reply, due to that resistor is area consuming, I prefer a MOSFET configuration, is there any common way for this?
