Can the setup and hold violation occur at the same time for a victim net if it has any number of aggressors?

I think i found the answer to it... correct me if i am wrong
it will not have both at the same time ..meaning.. at same phase of cycle of clock. But if you can think a net is both setup & hold critical may be some diff start points.. one cycle it can have setup vio..(aggr switch in opp dir) and in a diff cycle it can have hold vio from diff start point. But since Timing is done in static manner.. both vio are analyzed at the same time parallely
