for industrial application i need an electric drive it should be able to drive 5KG load at 5RPM with 24X7 working

If the rotation speed is constant, a most long-lasting is small 1- or 3-phase gearmotor.
If rpm control needed , add an inverter to standard gearmotor,
or is some additional special control features needed.
