serial pattern generator

Dear members,
I required to build serial pattern generator circuit for IC testing purpose using tester.
Currently I have built the circuit using TTL ICs. Below are the difficulties that I'm facing,
1. LTX Tester is not capable to generate serial pattern and the switching of tester is very slow, only 250us max can be archived, where my requirement is ~20ns switching.

2. TTL circuit has many weekness such as propagation delay ( each gate about 10ns)
3. I cant be modify the pattern in future if I use TTL circuits.
4. Lots of Under/overshots problem when use TTL.

I attached the sample of pattern. Please advice what would be the best approach in design of this Serial pattern generator?

regards,
Kumar

Hi,

I want to design a spiral antenna for 11n band (in 5GHz band), my priority is in PCB.

Can anybody help me in working with CAD within/along CST MWS?
