separating Musicand voice signal

Can ayone please help me in knowing how to separate Music signal from the Voice signal in DSP using Matlab ??
I am doing my Project in signal processing.. Kindly Help.. :|

Using spectrum analyzer u can find out the frequencies of music instruments and voice signal .and later u can apply appropriate filters.i am giving just basic idea..it may be useful
