Currently, I am working on a project in "Sentaurus TCAD" for which I required the plot of Surface Potential Vs Gate Voltage. Can anyone help me finding the simplest way or a different procedure for extracting data from TCAD?

I am using the energy band diagram approach for extracting data, which is time-consuming and complex as well.
