Hi there.

I am in the process of doing research for my own, basic ball trajectory tracking system. I want to put a sensor in a golf ball and then plot the 3d coordinates. So I have 2 questions regarding this. 1) Can someone reccomend a relatively cost effective sensor that I can use with my arduino and 2) what is the fastest sample rate I could get out of the arduino chip, since I will need to track the ball in a space of +/- 7 metres (+/- 20-30 milliseconds)?

Thanks for any advice in advance.
