[PIC] Send sms via gsm module to mobile from different pin

Good day sir
Please help me I beginner in gsm module I want to write short program using microc to send sms from one pin in micro and then from other pin according to program go one
for example when the total number reach 4000 cycle send sms
when the power off from other pin send sms
and so on
