Hello all,

How do I measure the self resonant frequency of a printed square spiral. I have developed it on Roger material (suitable for high frequency) Does this imply that the printed inductor will work over the frequency range of the material?

Thanks in advance.

You can measure SRF e.g. with a Vector Network Analyzer.

SRF depends on inductor geometry and substrate Er. It's not related to substrate frequency range.
