Self heating of Ceramic Capacitors

Hello all,
I need to analyze lifetime of a product. For this analysis, The lifetime of ceramic capacitors is to be calculated.
The Ceramic capacitors' lifetime depends on the temperature profile of the product and the self heating of the ceramic capacitors.

How to calculate the self heating of the ceramic capacitors in our application? What parameters can influence the self heating of the ceramic capacitors?
