Hi every body,
I wanted to choose a power mosfet transistor with a specific current and voltage and a certain range of Rds, how to get the required part number especially data sheet web sites gives you the data sheet if you know the part number.
Does any of you has the address of a web site that when I write power mosfet it displays a selector guide?

Most manufacturers have selection guides online where you can specify parameters to narrow you search e.g.

Hi,
The manufacturer's website should have the product selector guide.
Keith has already posted the link for IR's product selector.

Here are the links to a few more:

ST:

Fairchild:

Power MOSFETs for Low & High Power Applications - Fairchild Semiconductor

Vishay:

Hope this helps.

Another approach would be to try and find out the MOSFETs available in your region and then see which one fits your requirements.

I don't think ALLDATASHEET will help much.

Another possibility is distributor's web sites - that way you can search more than one manufacturer at once. e.g. Farnell:

Ha..ha...
Where you are connecting MOSFETs it matters. How critically you have to select mosfet.
Well, the important parameters that you should look are Idmax Vgson, Rdson, and an operating point well bellow the safe operating area.
