Hi all,

I am thinking to do select and copy the eeprom data(eg:eek:ne small program contains 5 to 6 line ) from one file and paste it in other file of same eeprom. is it possible what I AM thinking?.

can any one please tel me is it possible r not.

if possible give me some clues how to start please....

thank you

should be no problem, e.g. loop
1. copy block of data from location in EEPROM into RAM
2. write block from RAM to new location in EEPROM

be careful how often you do this - EEPROMs have a limited number of writes - typicaly 1000000

yes u can do it.
as horace1 suggest use RAM means use array for storing data from data which is to be copy and paste means write eeprom with that array.
