When I start the preview mesh appears this error: ERROR: MomMSHmaker: internal error 11 -- segmentation violation I have set the VIAs as 3D and mesh density as 100. Any idea?

Click to expand... It is a software bug in ADS2009U1 (if you have more than 16 cores). I had similar problems. Two solutions: -> Try under Windows -> Use ADS2011 Greetings
