Seeking fancy ARM9, assistance is appreciated

I have a digital media player application, and I am seeking an MPU with these features built in:

LCD controller for QVGA

Digital picture (JPEG etc...) decoder. Encoder is NOT needed.

Video decoder, must have H.264, FLV, and MPEG. Additional are preferred, for example .avi and .mov. Encoder is NOT needed.

USB 2.0

MP3

External NAND

Linux (preferred)

It seems the new video decoders are the issue, and FLV is a requirement. Does anyone know who has this? Thank you!!

I checked with TI regarding OMAPs earlier this year. They said their support for OMAPs are getting less and less, and they suggested not to use them for new applications

You can use LH75401 from NXP.

Are you sure it can manage 264 with an ARM7 core?
