i heard it from my friend's interview. Who can give me some idea about it? thanks.
 

It refers to two order curvature compensation of bandgap reference
 

you can read some IEEE paper refered
 

you implement temperature insensitivity by forcing an NTAT current , a PTAT current and a PTAT-square current, rather than an NTAT+PTAT current
