Searching for Military grade versions.

Dear all,

Please help me to find out the Military grade versions of the following components, as even after my best efforts, I am failed to search out the same.
The operating temperature above 100°C will be sufficient for my purpose.

1) Microcontroller 8051
2) ADC 0820
3) RTC HT1380
4) Crystals 20MHz & 32.768KHz

Maxim has a version which operates up to 125C
