Hello all,

I want to develop motion detection and tracking algorithms on ADSP-BF561 processor.

If anyone has generalized C code regarding motion detection and multiple object tracking algorithms then please forward/post it as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot.

use the feed programmable gate ways through the help,of xllinx library thats help u alot

what i know is just the basic
you have stream of pictures or frames
1-you need to read the devide your picture to sub pictures
2- choose one parameter such as color "R G B"any color or light intesity or any thing for each sub picture
3-make your calculation for the parameter you have choosed. and stored
4- take an other picture next to the first one and do the same calculations
5- if there is any change in any sub picture so you have motion
6- also you can track any change in the pictures

that alll i know about motion detections

Lot of literature is available in the EDA Board itself...
some time ago i downloaded the material under the name..
"Radar Systems Analysis and Design Using MATLAB" this book deals with the
signal analysis concepts of the moving objects that may help u to build the
algorithms or u can use the basic concepts to do so.
Let me see, If it has withdrawn from the board. then i vil upload in the forum..

try to get it ... otherwise i vil upload..

thanks

regards
