Search bootloader for PIC18F46K22 and 46K85

I am looking for a bootloader for a 18F46K22 and a 18F4685 (96K flash!).
Now i am using ICSP but i found it's not so convenient as a bootloader
because i use also RS232 link to debug my program.
No problemo with pickit2 ( after uploading the last data file from microchip).

I allready tried to buid a bootloader
by using Tiny Bootloader rev 1.98 ..after modified the source. not successfull .. PIC recognise , but impossible to write
by using DS30 ( new versus of Tiny bootloader ?) .. not successfull
by using Microchip AN1310 ... not succesfull .. impossible to estabisch the connection .

i allready succes with older PIC : 16F877,18F252,258,18F26K20 by using Tiny bootloader.

It seems probleme with high capacity of flash program ! over or equal to FFFF !

Could someone send to me an *.hex working ?
with any QMhz value or Bauds rate value ?

or give me a link or advise to solve my problem..
