Hello all,

i serach a "high side driver" for automotive (-40° / +85°) to drive a motor !
~3A-5A
~10-16V

Does anybody knows a Vendor ?

check the BTS621 from Infineon.

SGS Thomson and IRF have some automotive hiside drivers, but Infineon has the broadest choice, look for Infineon PROFET's
 

Ok i will check this !

I have to drive a motor: 20khz, ~ 35Wdc

and the other thing is a resistor : 10hz, ~50Adc
