u search in google by typing "Cadence Silicon Ensemble tool tutorial" then u can lot of tutorials on SE.

u can easly find cadence university program website and crete.cadence.com
and vlsicad.berkely website etc
 

You can find the material in the Cadence doc about the tutorial.
