[SOLVED] SDRAM initialization in SystemC

Hi,

I am working on High Level Synthesis of DDRx SDRAM. From the specification of on chip RDIMM, I have to design a behavioral model in SystemC.
The first issue is to write initialization. I checked over different forums but didn't find something particular to initialization, especially in SystemC.
If somebody can help me in this regard, how can I start to write a code? Any previous work done in VHDL or verilog?

If you are new to SystemC thn you have to go through SystemC LRM.You can get better idea from LRM.
