Hi All.

Your help needed on this curious problem:

I'm using Micron 512Mb SDR SDRAM (MT48LC32M16A2P-75) with ARM PL172 SDRAM controller.
The problem is that at some clock frequency ranges the SDRAM won't respond to read commands send by the controller, the data outputs are just dead.
The problem occurs only at specific frequency ranges: 75.5MHz<Fclk<85MHz and
24.5MHz<Fclk<28.5MHz.

Seeking for any investigation direction!
Please HELP!!!

Thanks,
David.
