SDK with DS80C400 by Dallas

Hello members....

I'm working to make a SDK system based on DS80C400 and I need help to connecting the uC to PHY Layer controller.

Could you help me? Anyone has schematics or code for ethernet comunication. I'm working to make a PCB with CAN, RS232, 1 Wire and eternet controllers. My idea is a free distribution project, please help me.

The Tini board with DS80C400, 1 Mb Flash and 1 Mb RAM appears to cost 67$. The base plate should be buy from 3 party.

I have just started working on DS80C400.
could someone please guide me. I want more info on Modbus protocol. i have been to modbus.org. its not that friendly.
