Screwed USB Port

Hi all, I would like to ask how to connect or install the USB at the surface of my hardware. I am looking for a USB port which can be connected at the surface on the device. Is there any other? Or may be the USB port can be screw on the device.
It's good if you can give the parts number as well. Thanks a lot guy.
