Hello all;

please there is someone know when i use a SCN6M_DEEP or SCN6M_SUBM???
for wich application is designed each of them ???

As the MOSIS Scalable CMOS (SCMOS) Design Rules document clearly states (see section 2.4), SCN6M_SUBM rules are for 1.0µm > process_size_designs > 0.25µm , whereas SCN6M_DEEP rules are for process_size_designs ≤ 0.25µm .

BTW: These are Design Rules! Has nothing to do with SPICE models.
