Schottky diode model in AWR

Hi,

this is the first time i use a forum. I wanted to ask if anybody has ever tried any circuit simulation in AWR with the SMS7621-005LF schottky diode by Skyworks.
I have to perform a circuit simulation in AWR and there's no model for a schottky diode.
If anybody has ever tried something like this and can give any suggestion I would appreciate it.
