Hello there
Can anyone tell me how to create a schottky diode in orcad ?
Actually i have this RB751SL for which i can not find any spice model
i intend to use this diode for many circuits in a passive RFID tag, so just to be sure can anyone approve or disapprove ?

I could not find any model !
can you suggest one from orcad diode library ?
One more thing, i need a schmitt trigger comparator
I am not sure where to look for in the libraries, can you suggest one too from the libraries ?
