Pic copier

hi
does someone know where I can find the scheme a planner that copies the content of a pic in another pic without the help of the computer?
thanks for any help

I've never seen such a programmer, although it could be possible to build it. But you should know that a PIC has code-protection-bits making it unpossible to read the contents of the ROM (that's why they are called protection-bits).
