Schematic of ICOM IC-R3

Can anyone provide me the schematic of IC-R3 receiver?
Or anybody know how to modify the IC-R3ss to let it can receive PAL TV signal?

youll need to change the sound decoder
only maybe a crystal and some filters {bpf and luma delay line}
the picture will decode but no sound ???
