hi,

do any one have a schematic for PIC18F4550 programmer (burner) and the software to load hex file.

Bootloader is the simplest for U. All in the address:
www.microchip.com

Maybe MPLAB+ICD2 help you.
It can program 99% all proceccors Microchip

Hi,

You can use the JDM programmer. It's simple and cheap (free if you have the few components) and can program most of the PICs. The only thing is that the JDM is a serial programmer and only programs 5V parts.
