SCH and PCB professional software

I've been working with Protel 98, and PCAD2004, now it's time to move to a more professional sw more industry faced and with this I mean: until 8 layer designs, until 1MHz signals, wave and reflow process, components on both sides of the PCB, link with external databases or other CAM mecanical sw like Solid Edge, each component with it own part number....
I know each one has it's own preferences regarding PCB-SCH professional software and after the discussion it won't be any winner. You can write down the strong and weak points intead and your global opinion.
