scattering from reflector antenna

I want to know the differences between scattering
electromagnetic waves from common reflector antenna and the grid one(grid reflector antenna)
Is it possible to have the same RCS?

Your question is a base of a wide scientific study, mostly of military importance. Any antenna does reflect and scatter incoming waves, at east like a flat conductive board of the same shape. The frequency response of such scattering/reflection peaks where the radiating elements or the array is tuned to.
