scart to vga schematic

I have looked for this myself, the only thing I have found is: http://www.hut.fi/Misc/Electronics/circuits/vga2tv/video2vga.html but one of the links is dead, (of course the most interesting one pointing to a schematic). Anyway this page explains what has to be done in order to use a VGA monitor as a video monitor.

if anyone have the schematic from this page I would also like to have it!!!

Can anyone help us please?

Here's an IC that will do the job. You can buy example kit.
