SCADA/EMS on Linux vs. SCADA/EMS on Unix

My company has a SCADA software that runs on Linux but our customers don´t trust in Linux so they want UNIX. I would like someone to give me good reasons to make our customer see that a Linux server is as good as a Unix one.
