Saturated drain current in Cree CGH40010F transistor

the following are the minimum and typical drain current, given for a cree transistor, at the given bias conditions

if ID_sat is 3.5A, I'm getting only 2.2 A

It is getting saturated after VGS = 0.7V, So how can I find Id_sat now?
