Please I'd like understand all the diferences among Ultra small aperture terminal and very small aperture terminal

could you make this clear?

VSATs are Very Small... terminals. They were introduced in ~1990 for two-way satellite data communication. Ultra-small terminals are being used recently for slow-data communication, also via satellite.
The size is seen as a nice diminishing but improved receivers and transmitters are the secret.
