sar adc

Is it possible to design SAR ADC with 10 bit resolution and it's frequency is 3 MHz.
And we used 0.8 micron technology?

i think it easy to achieve
 

yes, it is not very hard, because the used frequncy is not so high. you can use 0.8u tech easily; but you should have higher power supply and high current!

the 10bit sar, then the clock frequency will >= 30M. it is not easy
