resetting sir-s300w

hi all colleagues
i need service manual for this samsung model : SIR-S300W or how to enter service mode ?
i want to change the user password .
also i have the same problem with this RCA model : DRD430RC and service manual or resetting the password from service mode or by any way would be very helpful .

hi again
well, is there any way to reset the PIN code to the default one?
the customer bought the two sets used with the PIN Code Changed by previous Customer and using the default PIN ( 0000 or 1234 ) didn't work to open the search job , is there any way to reset the PIN to default?
