Is there any sample of code for a simple menu on lcd with buttons navigation?

micro menu on lcd

can you be more precise?
which mocrocontroller do you want to work with
pic, atmel, basic stamp.........
what is the application/
how much involved do you want it to be

I am using ATmega32 and i want the lcd menu to insert a few numerical parameters in my system.
The application is a fuel level monitor. I am using the codevision compiler.
