what is the present structure of salaries for designers in india having a Post Graduate degree in vlsi? and how much is the slope of increase with increasing experience?

it will vary by companys good MNC can give 35-50k/PM for 1 year experience ppls. new bie can get 25-35k/PM . but low end company gives lesser pay PM.

only 1150 USD inidan r getting as salary PM.
